  • Product Information Policy

Holos Organics takes pride in creating products that not only are amazing but actually work. To do this we ensure all our products are of the highest possible quality, understanding that most of our products are derived from and are plant based these items are not always Australian grown for multiple reasons such as climate. However, all our products are handmade here in Australia using certified organic, natural, pure, sustainable and minimally processed ingredients as much as possible. Please be aware that because of this, there may be slight changes to the texture, smell and colour of the products from time to time; this is usually because of seasonal variation and changes in which season the plant was harvested. This has no effect on the quality of the product.

    Allergy Information

Many of our products contain nut oils such as Almond. While many of our products are incredibly nourishing to sensitive skin, it is recommended that you patch-test your skin with our products and discontinue if you develop any irritation.

Most reactions to essential oils are mild and can be treated at home. If you applied the oil topically, thoroughly wash the affected skin with gentle soap and cool water. Applying a cold, wet compress to your skin can feel soothing.

If you get essential oil in your eyes, flush your eyes with cool water and seek medical advice.

    Storage of Products

We keep all our products completely natural and free from synthetic ingredients. This does mean the products need to be stored in a dry and cool place (below 30ºC).

To protect the potency each product containing essential oils or salts must be kept out of direct UV Light.

    Product Longevity

All our products have an expiry date,

Essential oil blend products an expiry date of at least 24 months from purchase providing the correct storage conditions.

Salt based products an expiry date of at least 12 months.

Dried items such as teas an expiry date of 12 months. Teas may last longer depending on the correct storage conditions however we recommend to begin brewing and consuming within the first 6 months due to best flavour of the product.
